Florida has two terminals, From Sampaloc, Manila, or Edsa Avenue corner Kamias Road, Quezon City terminals to Sta. Ana Cagayan is about 650 kilometers. The schedule of the trip is mostly from 06:00 to 11:00 Pm. If you depart from both terminals at 06:00 Pm, you’ll arrive in Sta. Ana Cagayan in the next morning around 10:00 Am depending on traffic. I don’t recommend a day trip. It’s very tiring and besides, you won’t want to roam around the municipality of Sta Ana during the night unless you have a pre-booked stay in the area.
